Film Capacitors

Capabilities

Spectrum Control has been manufacturing film capacitors for our power filter designs for over 25 years. The product line is extensive and encompasses a broad range of capabilities from standard end wrap and fill, to completely custom film capacitors. Film caps have been utilized in military and commercial applications, can be manufactured in less than an inch to several feet while the density is dictated by the geometry of the capacitor. Housings are available in steel, aluminum, stainless and plastics. Given a large enough package size, just about any voltage current and cap value is obtainable.
