Over-Molding
- Modular System design includes multiple modular pieces that are used to lower NRE and reduce leadtimes
- Quick Turn – Spectrum can mold most cables in 2 weeks or less
- No to Low NRE
- No NRE for straight molds on military circular connectors
- Low NRE for commercial or angled mold connectors
- Mold Quality
- Mold adheres to connector with a minimum of 200 lbs. pull force
- Seals connector to prevent water intrusion
- Guaranteed to last longer than heat shrink boots

- Spectrum offers mold-only services. We will utilize your mold sets or design and build a set to meet your requirements.
